My work as a Costume Designer stems from a deep connection to queer culture, history, and political expression. I approach these designs through the lens of storytelling and resistance. Clothing used to honor the communities that have shaped me while imagining a world in which those perspectives are celebrated and accepted. All this is guided by my belief that clothing holds memory, of joy, of love, of protest and survival. Exploring this allows me to give audiences a glimpse into the inner mind of these characters using small details to build a vast emotional understanding that makes each character feel unapologetically human.
